RECENT OBSERVATIONS FROM CALAYAN, PHILIPPINES INDICATE A SIGNIFICANT 24-HOUR SLP DECREASE OF 7 MB FROM 1004MB TO 997MB WITH SUSTAINED SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS OF 12 KNOTS.
