ANIMATED MULTISPECTRAL SATELLITE IMAGERY (MSI) AND A 300408Z AMSR2 85GHZ MICROWAVE IMAGE DEPICT A BROAD LOW LEVEL CIRCULATION (LLC) WITH PERSISTENT DEEP CONVECTION DRIVING ENHANCED WINDS WITHIN THE SOUTHERN PERIPHERY OF THE LLC. ALTHOUGH ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS REVEALS GENERALLY FAVORABLE CONDITIONS DEFINED BY POLEWARD OUTFLOW ALOFT, LOW (5-10KT) VWS, AND WARM (30-31) SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURES, THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO TYPHOON 12W WILL RESULT IN A SMALL WINDOW FOR DEVELOPMENT INTO A WARNED TROPICAL CYCLONE.
