ANIMATED MULTISPECTRAL SATELLITE IMAGERY AND A 302034Z SSMIS 91 GHZ MICROWAVE IMAGE DEPICT A BROAD, RAGGED CIRCULATION WITH FORMATIVE CONVECTIVE BANDING ALONG THE SOUTHERN PERIPHERY. SURFACE OBSERVATIONS ARE GENERALLY LESS THAN 10 KNOTS IN THE OKINAWA REGION WITH SEA LEVEL PRESSURE VALUES AROUND 999 MB.
