ACCOUNTING FOR THAT, THE EXCELLENT POLEWARD OUTFLOW, AND WARM SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURES (29-30 C) 94W WILL ENTER AN ENVIRONMENT FAVORABLE FOR TC DEVELOPMENT.
