IN THE LONGER TERM, A VERY LARGE, DEEP-LAYER UPPER-LEVEL LOW IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP FAR TO THE NORTHEAST AND TRACK SOUTHWESTWARD TO A POSITION NEAR 30N 180E BY TAU 48.
